My go-to tool for applying foundation I use this brush to apply liquid foundation. I fell into the all the hype about the Beauty Blender sponge, so I spent $20 and bought one. I wanted to be thrilled about it, but ultimately, it sucked up too much product and it didn’t apply foundation as nicely as the RT Expert Face Brush. The RT EFB doesn’t waste product and gives a flawless finish. I’ve tried the Shiseido brush, too; it’s a high end brush, and I still find myself reaching for this RT brush. I love it. It’s a great tool for a very good price. Don’t fall for all the hype about other foundation tools. This is all you need. When I use pressed powder foundation, I use the RT Buffing Brush which has a flat top. It’s great for that purpose. I don’t think Amazon sells it; I bought that brush from Ulta for under $10.

Buffs foundation to perfection! I have several foundation brushes but this is one of my favorites. It buffs in beautifully and skin looks airbrushed. Pores? What pores! Pores vanish. Skin looks perfect. I get compliments on my skin when I use this not my makeup. I use cream and liquid foundations and this works equally well with both formulations. This is a must have!
